If you are looking for a hard-working, honest, trustworthy mortgage broker that truly goes above and beyond for her clients, look no further! I've had the pleasure of working with Charlene in obtaining 3 mortgages each with its own set of challenges and headaches to say the least. Charlene is an expert in her field and knows her stuff. Not only does she find you the best rates with great lenders that care about their clients, but with my current mortgage (Oct 2021) she was able to port my CMHC fees saving me over $17,000! (I've never even heard of this being a thing!?) I don't know how else to say it, but Charlene is straight-up a miracle worker. If that wasn't enough, she makes it incredibly easy to work with her by not working your typical bankers hours of 8-4 as well as being available across most social media platforms. All 3 of my mortgages have been completed using Facebook messenger and a few quick phone calls which I can do from anywhere! If you need her, she is available and is always quick to respond. A FIVE star review doesn't seem fitting enough for the work and effort Charlene puts forward. I have absolutely zero hesitations in recommending Charlene to anyone, she is hands down the best mortgage provider that I've ever worked with.

I used to be a mortgage broker years ago, and so I'm quite 'fussy' when it comes to having a mortgage professional look after my mortgages. I have used many since being in Canada, and to be honest Charlene knocks them all out of the park! I was referred to her as my situation is 'complicated' and my friend had excellent things to say about Charlene and her own 'complicated' situation, so I figured I'd give her a try. I have nothing but praise for the work she has done for us so far, with wonderful communication with updates, a friendly and upbeat voice to walk me through each step of the process and honest information about what we can achieve going forward. She did all of this on a tight deadline, with nothing but her best being given to us. I have already recommended Charlene to a friend, who is raving about her ability to help when others said 'no', which makes me feel proud to be working with a wonderful person who goes above and beyond. Charlene made buying my first property a breeze. She is very knowledgeable and finds some pretty incredible rates and/or flexible mortgages depending on your needs. I also went through my first mortgage renewal with her, it was quick and painless and she got me yet another fabulous deal! I was recommended to Charlene and I'm very grateful somebody knew her because she explains anything and everything to you about what and how she's doing it. Not that I want to promote this part because I feel bad for keeping her up but I was reading through a bunch of emails around 1 am, fired a text message out to Charlene to help me get an understanding of the matter, and within minutes I got a response. She's very personable, will respond to all the dumb, tough, and midnight questions you have, will explain to you your finance situation to get the most bang for your buck, and shops around for the best deal for you.
